This October

100 miles
for CALM

Emma and her dog Shadow are walking 100 miles through October to raise money for suicide prevention.

Why I'm walking

Walking for the people
we love

This October I'm walking 100 miles with my dog Shadow to raise money for CALM, the Campaign Against Living Miserably.

Two friends of mine have recently lost people they love. One lost her mum, and another lost her niece. I wanted to do something to show my support, and to help more people get the help they need when they need it.

If you'd like to sponsor us, it would mean the world. Every pound makes a difference.

About the charity

CALM is on a mission to
help end suicide

CALM is a UK charity that runs a free, confidential helpline and webchat for anyone who is struggling or going through a hard time. It also campaigns to change the way we talk about suicide, so that more people feel able to ask for help.

If you're struggling, you don't have to face it alone.
Call CALM free on 0800 58 58 58 (5pm to midnight, every day) or visit thecalmzone.net. Samaritans are there 24 hours a day on 116 123. In an emergency, call 999.
