Welcome to The Elbow Room — where healing meets movement and mind, body and spirit are treated as one. My practice blends holistic therapies, sports and remedial massage, Reiki and guided meditation to help you release tension, restore balance and reconnect with your inner calm.

I am a holistic practitioner with nearly twenty years of experience, dedicated to helping others reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds and awaken their inner wisdom. My work weaves together intuitive massage, Reiki energy healing, meditation and grounded spiritual practices to support deep restoration and meaningful transformation.

Guided by a belief that healing is both physical and energetic, I create a safe, nurturing space where you can release tension, rebalance your system and return to a sense of wholeness. Every session is tailored to meet you exactly where you are — honouring your body’s needs, your emotional landscape and your unique path of growth.

It depends on the therapy. Reiki, guided meditation and chakra work are performed fully clothed. Sports massage requires partial undressing of the area being treated — a towel is always used for privacy and warmth. We'll explain exactly what to expect before your session begins.
Emma offers a free initial consultation to all new clients. It's a relaxed 20–30 minute conversation to understand your goals, health history and any concerns. There's no obligation — it's simply about finding the right treatment pathway for you.
